(RIBA Stage 2)

(RIBA Stage 3) 

Planning Drawings are a crucial component of the planning applications process. These concept drawings effectively communicate your project’s design to local authorities, ensuring that your proposal aligns with planning requirements while following a step-by-step architectural design approach.

(RIBA Stage 4)  

This set of concept drawings ensures your project complies with all necessary Building Regulation standards, focusing on technical aspects such as fire safety and energy efficiency. Once the planning applications have received Building Control sign off, building works can commence as per the step-by-step architectural design.

(RIBA Stage 4)  

We work closely with trusted consultants, including Structural Engineers and Approved Inspectors, to ensure every aspect of your project is carefully coordinated. We'll manage the design team and provide clear communication throughout the planning and technical design process.

(RIBA Stage 4+) 

We'll help prepare and review tender documentation, providing contractors with clear drawings and project information to price your project accurately. We'll guide you through the tender process, helping you compare quotations and make informed decisions before construction begins.
